BOARD MEMBERS
Vice
President
The Vice President shall assist the President, accept assignments and
upon the absence or disability of the President shall perform and exercise the
powers of the President. The Vice President shall be responsible for program
planning for the association.
Treasurer The Treasurer shall
have the custody of all funds collected and received by the association. The
Treasurer shall be responsible for disbursing all funds under the direction of
the Board of Directors, making an accounting of receipts and disbursements at
each annual and Board of Directors meetings. In the absence of the Treasurer,
the President is authorized to issue checks with the approval of the Board of
Directors.
Members-
at-Large
shall be elected by the general membership at the annual meeting.
Board
will consist of all the officers, standing committee chairmen and up to five
members at large. Officers shall serve as the Executive Committee. The Executive
Committee shall have the power to act for urgent situations.
